Hi all, I am looking for easy encoding-decoding function, which takes bytes 0x00 - 0xff and encode them to [a-z0-9-_] characters and vice versa. I looked at MIME, UUE, XXE, but all of them uses neither not allowed chars, or they are case sensitive. I need only characters, which I can use in URL, and I don't have to encoding them. I hope it is clear, if not, here is example:
