In fact if you want to translate then what you
need in the minimum is a working text editor. So if any of the text editors
works, you can start translating even now without bothering about the KDE
versions. But it's always better if you can test what you have translated.

1) The 'name' is just Ankur and not 'Ankur Bangla'.
