In the enthusiasm of hunting down puppy mills, has anyone on this list ever
been at the unfortunate end of being the victim of the witch-hunt and
wrongfully accused? This would include horrible things being said with no
basis in fact.
I have. It is not a good feeling. I hate puppy mills but in

Jill,
With some of the newer viruses, it is not always possible to assume that
the FROM address is actually the source of the email. If you can open
the full header and cut and paste it in an email to me, I can try to
help you determine the source of the message. I've gotten emails from
BernerFolk
I have received for the second time in as many weeks an email from
BernerFolk which is
carrying virus.
The most current one has the subject: Happy New Year. I appreciate the
sentiment :)
but not the attachement/virus.

Hug them tight!!! Last night 8 month old Yukon got lost. My husband had him on leash
three doors down from our house. Our neighbor inadvertantly swung a plastic garbage
barrel out of his alley and hit Yukon right in the face. This spooked him and he took
off like there was no tomorrow. Hubb

Today is my Bentley's third birthday. We wish Kodi's (Lowenzehn's Reason to

Also- this is a non-berner related question- my great dane who lives with my
parents, is 8 and showing some discomfort getting up and down. I'd like to
give him chrodoitin and glucosamine, an
Use the sanding bands, kinda like an emery board .. the grinding stones get

I am running a counter ad in the Little Rock, Arkansas Democrat Gazette

Hi Greg
My Brina girl, who is four, will still chew things up in the house if she is
left in too long with out a potty break. It's like she gets stressed
because she has to go and doesn't want to go in the house so she chews
something to relieve the stress. We try to make sure that if we are goin
I would never tell you what to do but I will share my experience with raw

naturally when I brought my Berner home - I tried them as well. I began to
read some precautions about them on the L and thankfully, began to watc
I also do not give rawhide. A puppy from our first litter had to have a
piece fished out of her throat under anesthesia, and of course this happened
at night so was an expensive lesson for her owners.
Some people give the pressed rawhide without trouble but for puppies I like
