My application to adopt St. Pauli was 4th in line. Angels for Animals
called me last Thursday and said St. Pauli was ready to go to her new
home and that they were making contact with the prospects to verify
their continued interest. I was told that if I didn't hear within the
next couple days
The average number of berners listed for adoption on petfinder is about
44. Of those 44 it is likely that about one-quarter of them have some
berner blood. So if you think that on any given day there are about 11
berners on Petfinder that's still a pretty high number.
I put my application in
, and knowing basic obedience in 6 to 8 weeks when
they will be available for adoption.. Usually the prisons only train
service dogs so I'm surprised and pleased to see them taking in rescue
dogs for more basic training.
