We have made some wonderful progress this last year due to retaining a lobbyist, Dr. John Melcher. Your RCC reps will be receiving Dr. Melchers summary of progress for 2002 and will be publishing it in your newsletters. In the meantime we still have to continue fund raising so we can keep moving forward.
