Hi, All, My seven-year-old spayed girl (kuvasz, not berner) has developed a rapidly growing tumor that her vet feels is a perianal gland adenocarcenoma. I've checked in my vet books and the internet and haven't found much info. on this kind of cancer.
If anyone has had experience with perianal gland adenocarcenoma, could you please contact me with any info., suggestions--esp. regarding prognosis and treatment? She is scheduled for surgery tomorrow, is in some obvious discomfort, and is experiencing some blood loss from this tumor. Thanks for any help, Christy Kabler
