Hi Julie, I would think she needs some kind of anti-inflammatory such as Metacam and you can use a bag of frozen peas to cold compress her shoulder muscle. Just apply for a few minutes at a time then repeat a couple of times. Rest her and keep her on leash for toilet breaks and short walks. Give he
