This is a WG draft that has been implemented by several vendors and it is
needed for interop between EVPN/PBB-EVPN and legacy L2VPN solutions (VPLS and
PBB-VPLS). The chair made an inquiry about this draft during IETF 96 and the
response was to update the draft and request for WG
