In the status pane of the Default skin, there's a status line just above
the 'now playing' track that displays 'STOPPED' and 'NOW PLAYING'.
Isn't this redundant? The status seems to be clearly indicated by the
orange highlighting of the SKIP/PLAY/PAUSE/STOP controls just above.

There's not much purpose. Pre-merge, it worked as a kind of subcategory
to 'Various Artists' if 'Group compilation albums together' was enabled.

I am using firmware 59. I have noticed the i can scan (FF/RW) Ogg
tracks.
59 includes the Ogg decoder, yes?

I am using 6.5b1 - 8509 (XP) due to being disapointed with 6.3. It seems
