Get the permissions right. Why would you want to run it as a different

Phil - the key to successful bug reports is bugzilla. Complaining here
might help you feel better for a while ;-). But if you want to get it
fixed, you should file a bug. Thanks!

Either SqueezeCentre is questioning the artistic value of the songs and

To answer a question above - the IR remote only accesses the first 10
favorites at the root level. To access favorites in sub folders it is
assumed that the web or jive interface is used.

I just fired it up at work where the proxy is needed, and everything

Lesson learned. Thanks for your help.

Manually assigning hotkeys sounds fine to me. The problems that solves
(esp. not being comofrtable using the N.hold mappings due to fear of
reassignment) seem more important than the use cases it makes more
cumbersome. I'd hope the various UIs could display the mappings even if
they're manually as

I'm perl challenged. This is the error message I'm getting:
Code:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] setup]# trunk/scripts/udap_shell.pl
Can't locate version.pm in @INC (@INC contains:
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/i386-linux-thread-multi

I'm not using a proxy.
But, does SC leverage or use IE's proxy settings?
My IE is probably set up to use a proxy for when I'm logged into my
company's VPN.
Could that be a problem?

The sync up errors are harmless and can be ignored. It just means the
player does not exist on SN.

How often does it stop.
I get something like this too, but only after a couple of hours. I'd
figured that it was just Pandora conserving bandwidth as this might
have seemed like an un-listened target (I hadn't done any thumbs
up/down). Pressing play (remote or web interface) doesn't re-start, but
