On my slightly aging computer, around 2 - 2.5 minutes. That's an Athlon XP 2600+ with 1.5 GB of memory running windows xp pro. That's installing on top of an already existing installation. I manually stop the squeezecenter service before starting the installation, so that's not the issue. No idea
