bpa's been asking about plugins. Here's what's causing the error:

That plugin needs to be updated.

I am seeing something similar - and a bit more besides that suggest ALAC
files are being treated strangely.
Most of my music is Apple Lossless, encoded with either iTunes or Max.
On 7.4 the Max encoded files do not play - get a longs string about

until I figured out how to get to the web page working.

Sound from the wrong player with Web-UI
If I choose music in the left pane and press play the music is coming
from the controller regardless of wich player i have choosen in rigth
pane.
I can sometimes make it rigth by clearing all playlists and then choose
music, this works once.

Wow ok ,this was the first time I ever saw this in SC, never happened
before.
but for me it was when selecting albums, no mix or anything involved.
But this was after an rescan + (which again never had mattered before)
Clearing the browser cache fixed it.

yep. iTunes (v8.1 ie latest version) resides on my main PC, all my music
sits on my HP home server.
