Sinbce the installation of SqueezeCenter 7.4-25744, no new music is
scanned any more. Standard I have only a subfolder scnanned with FLAC
files, /volume1/music/FLAC/ .
I have tried the following:
- Add a new sub-directory to /volume1/music/FLAC. No result after

makes no assumptions about your tagging in that regard.
There are some very good taggers that should be able to correct your
whole collection with some basic scripting or rules. Case correction is
a pretty common function on p
In my large collection (130K+ tracks), SC seems to read Field tags in a
special way, so that "Album Name" is considered different from "album
name" leaving me with two diffrent entries for each album/artist if
different caps are being used. As normal tagging applications like

it doesn't now.
so what changed?
and just b/c it "never reliably worked" doesn't mean it shouldn't now.
IE8 is out in its final form, it supports web standards, SC should now
do with it what it does with other browsers.
