Yesterday I upgraded to 7.4 beta, everything seems to work fine but I
can't sign into mysqueezebox.com. I am 100% sure I've got the right
username as password since I can sign in at the website, but not through
Squeezebox server, Boomboox och the controller.

There is no "off" on the menu. How do you stop playing, then turn back

meanwhile I could find out "how the bug works":
- If the album cover is already added, when album is scanned ("Look for
new and updated files") for the first time.
- If the album cover is added later, when the album is already in your
database, artwork is only added for every file BUT the first.

I'm running SC 7.4 r28189, controller has r5580 - and no update. If I
choose "Software Update" (German Version) there is only an option to
cancel, but no download starts...

No way to use this
Using 28189 (and 7084 on the Controller) on WHS. Sync is pretty much
useless right now.
Even plain FLAC playback (normally solid) is displaying dropouts with
no other network activity occuring.

I created a 'new' account with the same credentials at
test.squeezenetwork.c
On SBS r28189 installed on WHS. Receiver is firmware 65. Trying to
update controller to 7084, the process repeatedly got stuck at
'connecting to mysqueezenetwork'. Sometimes it would lose the network
(despite being 5 feet from the AP at ~ 80% signal). After re-entering
user/pw over and over withou

Did you install SC SqueezeCenter 7.4 r28182 (or later) on your server? I
see the same when I try to connect to my server with an older SC
version, but it connects to and plays when I switch to the server with
SC 7.4 r28182.

Overall I see it as an improvement. One pet peeve has been addressed -
albums spread over several folders now show up as a single album. Like
several others I'd say the font size is too big making it impossible to
read anything without a long pause for scrolling. I'd rather be forced

It is much better than the earlier firmware, but isn't the fonts perhaps
just a bit too big ? Also, when scrolling down in the menus it is
difficult sometimes to see which item has the "focus". Instead of
increasing the size of the font, or in addition to doing that, coloring
of the text would be

Some of the plugins used to reside in the "Extra"-section of the
controller. I'm specifically thinking of Other players and Lyrics, but
there might be others.
Is there any way of using them with the new firmware, or do they need
to be rewritten as apps?
