In what way don't they work? They are showing in my menus, but I
haven't tried to use them in the recent updates. I'll try it tonight.
There is a new Album Credits
I'm interested in Debian - but I'm sure others have the same question.
I understand that the name, and thus locations of the configuration has
changed.
How do I move to 7.4 and migrate settings? How, if necessary, do I
move back to 7.3 and get my old settings back?

I just reread this and realize that you're talking about on the
trackinfo page. No, I don't see either of them there.

"On Pandora" and "On Slacker" are missing from the track info in the
WebUI and the player (Boom song info), and well as the context menu on
my Controller. On Amazon.com, Share on Facebook, and On Last.FM are
there. I tried deleting and re-adding my Pandora and Slacker account
information on test.s
Rest assured, when 7.4 goes out we'll re-evaluate some of our naming
structures as well as the level at which we advertise our "pre-beta"
ready code compared to our "beta" code. It just hasn't been possible
with the 7.4 release to manage it in the same way we've done past
releases.

I voted for bug 13068 and did not get a message that it was solved. And
it isn't: nothing has changed here. When I press + at the playing track,
the wheel keeps spinning and I get several messages 'Connecting to ...'.
This ends with a spinning menu entry. The spinning stops when I press

Will try that. Do you see anything in the server.olog file?

I updated to 7.4-28228 and tested again. Are you testing bug 13437 with

Since they were marked fixed on the 18th, I thought they'd be in there.

Agreed, on all counts.
That's mainly why I think the unstable testing branch should come out
of "nightly" and/or the link on the downloads page and go into a
separate branch (whether you call it testing/alpha/development or
whatever).

I agree that it would be helpful to differentiate more clearly between
the 7.3.4 and 7.4 branches (whether this is by alpha/beta or something
different). However, I don't think this lack of differentiation is
what's causing the current issues.

Well now I've tried to reset it about 21 times and it didn't help. I'm
going to see what tech support can do about servicing it, although that
probably means I'm going to be without a Controller for a while...

I've recently bought a ReadyNAS NV+ and had it running for a few days
now. I applied the latest nightly 7.4 28225 this morning and found that
it lost my settings, so I had to go through and change them all again.
Is this intentional, or can we have a method of backing up and restoring
preference
In addition to that: it would be nice if we know what is considered
important at this moment. Apparently, playback on the controller is not
(still beta and only deteriorating here). Mind you, I can live with
that. It would just be nice to know what the main objectives for
improvement are.

I agree. But apparently in those days even a menu option is only a menu
option if it has it's own image :-) Yesterday I scrolled through
thousands of radio stations and guess what: even the most obscure radio
station has it's own logo now. I'm getting too old maybe?

@Sue,
I can just leave the test with the left arrow or the home key (this was
the case in 7084, 7115 and 7158).
@Mnyb,
I miss that very much. No possibility to check buffer fullness, etc.
It is not clear to me if playback on the controller has a high priority
at this moment. For me it is a lo

A lot of threads pop up these days about the quality of beta releases.
Wouldn't it be a good idea to differentiate between different stages of
pre-release?
E.g. Aplha, Beta and RC (Release Candidate).
Or maybe just use the two of them (Beta and RC or Alpha and Beta) .
Right now it seems that 7.
Hi Michael,

I installed before that (maybe a week or so before). Not so scientific I
