I'm getting exactly this issue on a new (non-beta) Win7 machine to which
I recently upgraded. On the account tab of the Squeezebox Server
control panel, when I try to enter user name and password and click
apply, the error is "An unexpected error occurred while validating your
mysqueezebox.com ac
The Problem seems to be fixed in the newest nightly: 7.5.0 r29391.

I believe, it's a problem of the server (v7.5.0, r29380) not of your
duet. My SB3 (classic) shows the same problem. In addition to not skip
also the backward button does not work.
