IMHO 7.6 as it is now (sans bugs) is the biggest step forward since I use the SB so I find it rather important. I mainly care about SQLite and the new artwork handling. Ok and maybe UPnP, not yet sure. I don't believe what's currently targeted for 8.0 will ever come (from Logitech) since it doesn

What is the big deal with 7.6? All this development should stop. The point is to get to 8.0. Yes working up through the 7's is a means of doing that. But at this point if 7.5.2 is that far away and 7.6 production is nowhere close, why not put all efforts into 8.0 and let 7.5.1 ride it out until 8.
