My other mediaservers all point at the same media sources (ie My Pictures, My Videos and My Music). So, on that basis I wouldn't think it has anything to do with non standard data in the media files as all the other media servers work. Unless of course it is an issue LMS has with non standard

I'm not at home right now, but I posted a server.log with debug logging enabled for the DNLA UPnP plugin about three weeks ago when I started testing LMS snd found the problem, but I guess no one noticed it. The logging was done while I tried to access my test LMS server with WMP. Thanks.

double checked the event logs and no new messages are logged in the server or in either of the Windows clients. As I said before, if I start Whitebear on top of the LMS server, I can see and play tracks from the music library in that server. Where else can I look? Have you guys tested LMS on

7.7 release is currently tentatively scheduled for late September/early October with RC1 planned for mid-September. Will there be 7.6.x updates before then, and/or in parallel to 7.7 development? There's still a lot to be fixed before I start to use 7.6 for daily use, let alone 7.7!
