Hi Michael,
Not to get off track here, but just wanted to say thanks for the help
on the QNAP platform. I
Crazy, on trying to wake the server with the Boom this morning, it
worked no problem, after days of not working.
I'll monitor this to see if the problem returns before filing a bug
report.

WOL is a bit unpredictable with squeezeboxes I have the opposite problem
my server keeps waking up I can not turn it off :) without some tricks

The RC2 install is borked on Win 7 - exactly as Bill Burns described.
See attached screenshots after 30 mins...
If you kill the uninstall process in Task Manager, it then completes
OK.
The problems appear to be related to squeezetray.exe...
The initial scan (post-install) appears to complete OK

Hmmm, this is not the case on my install. I installed rc2 on my win7
machine today. From the tray, I have the option to START LOGITECH
MEDIA
Oops for some reason the settings were to start at system start and
not login.
I´ve switched to login and the tray is now behaving as expected
Moan unjustified. Sorry!

I also had installer problem on windows 7 x64 on v7.7.0 build 512. A
file access error. Installer seemed not to shutdown squeezebox like it
always did before.

Installer ran without problem though. I just had the problem installer

I've tried many video file types. Is there any kind of list that shows
what supported, or does video just not work for the DLNA/UPNP plugin?

machine today. From the tray, I have the option to START LOGITECH
MEDIA SERVER if it is not

Restart command bug is yet not fixed so it does not auto-start after
install .
