I tried 5.14.1, but LMS reports:

See previous posts for other minor observations.
NB. No matter what OS I run on, the installation.txt and Changelog.html will

Are you sure ?
I haven't seen that Dynamic Playlist plugin cause any problems, could
you try the latest plugin versions I just released and see if you still
have some problem with Dynamic Playlist (which is not released in a new
version).
