I just checked one of today's BBC iplayer Extra listen again tracks and it was AAC(I figured out how to check the format on the player). I'll keep on testing this over the weekend. As this doesn't seem specific to 7.7.2 rc1 I'll post on this topic over on one of the BBCiPlayer threads from now on
