Yeah, well, it actually stops users to have bandwidth use different from
around 160kbps. Which could be alright or could be not.

Considering that the system reports bitrate falsely (it reports what you
set it to, but then proceeds to use 160 in any case once bitrate
limiting kicks in), it basically misrepresents what's happening. I'm
furthermore rather curious about audiophiles... I think many will feel
betrayed once they discover that they've been listening to 160kbps
material and not 320 (as I'm sure audiophiles with bandwidth constraints
have been using so far) :)

But yeah, it's not critical or a show stopper, far from it.
