Because it's easier and faster to remote desktop than to load the WHS

It turns out that what gets downloaded is the WHS msi. Is there a way
to override what gets downloaded by the auto updater?
Thanks,

And after letting mysqld run for 5 or so minutes, I kill the mysqld
process and the server resumes starting up -- and starts mysql again.
I'm attaching the full log (which shows mysql getting killed and then
what happens after that).

These are the last lines in the log. Do you need the full log file?

s, it gets restarted somehow
and the Squeezebox Server becomes available.
2. After any music scan, the same thing happens.
What logging should I turn on to get to the root of this?

I agree re the font size: The very first thing my wife said after I
showed her the new Controller UI was "Can we make the text smaller?"
I find myself waiting all too often to have things scroll only to have
the screen dim etc.

Thanks -- those changes wer
I think I've answered my own question -- SC7 is aborting scans after
hitting files with cover art it doesn't like so every time a new scan
is initiated, it keeps failing on the same files during the cover art
scan.
Replacing the artwork is a workaround for now.
playlist scan? I
had a look in the log but there doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason
as to what is being scanned for covert art.

that content_type value
to ssp resulted in SC7 displaying all of my playlists.
So it looks like this may be a bug in scanner.exe.

Well, I think I have part of the answer.
SC does find playlists created by Moose -- so I just need to figure out
what SC doesn't like about my SC files. It would be nice to get a
definitive resource describing what SC is looking for.
Thanks,

ve even turned on debug logging for playlists/scanning and can see
that scanner.exe found the playlist.
However when I go to Music Library / Playlists, it's empty.
Any ideas what else I should be looking for? I'm pulling my hair out..
