I get squeezecenter: unrecognized service
Did I misunderstand that its OK to run this again (RPM for
clarkconnect) or do I have some new issue? Thanks!

Found this error in the log:

'/var/lib/squeezecenter/cache/squeezecenter-mysql.sock' (
Installed and started service without error, but no web interface. It
is still at port 9000, right? Does it not start until a db rebuild is
done? That might take 15-20 minutes. Anything else I am missing?

interface, it isn't there. Does it have to rebuild everything
before the web i/f starts?
With all thats gone wrong, I'll try one more uninstall and reinstall as
suggested and see if that does the trick.

I tried installing the latest svn. Received the message "cannot access
/var/log/slimserver. No such file or directory" Could it want
/var/log/slimserver rather than /var/log/squeezecenter.log? I created
the former manually and installed again. Now everything works fine!

Still cannot figure put why about 1/4 of my thumbnail art does not
display when all the folder.jpg files look fine. Yes, I have done a
full rescan many times. It's always the same albums...

Also, what to you mean by going into the album? If I select an album on
the default skin, no art is shown...
I changed to the classic skin to try that, but it seems to be broken at
the moment. If I select an album there I get a white pane with
scrambled text and select boxes.

password were correctly entered as I thought. Apparently SS did not
accept them anyway.

After getting 7.0 nightly working (Sept 1), I turned on the security
feature and entered a username and password. I don't think I screwed
that up, but I can't get in anymore; it won't accept what I think I
