thanks, somehow the factory reset was now done (after 100 reboots). Then I choose GERMAN and was not able to complete the setup - it looped again. Now I am on ENGLISH and it seems to work. This setup really scared me - saw me on the phone calling tech.support! Uhh... christian -- Schindler

It seems many others also have this probem with this firmware (me too). I tried to do a factory reset about 20x. Then all of a sudden it did the reset... Try. Then if it is running agan only choose ENGLISH not any other language, else it will reboot an loop again. Christian -- Schindler

Yes, only really new Albums should appear there... Currently I once a week do copy changed files back from my backup to the server and do a rescan. Then they disappear in new music again.. I would vote for this that changes in tags do not appear in new music... christian -- Schindler

It is working again... It was not a 7.8 nor hardware problem. Just changed the servers network adapter ip settings from static to dhcp and back to static. Something was corrupt in the windows lan adapter settings. Schindler
