I saw an error like that when running my code, I would think it would

I removed everything and reinstalled 7.3 from scratch, and it works now.
Oh well.

The installation is a complete tree, so any extra files in the
7.2 installation it was overwriting would be ignored, wouldn't they?
Or does installation over the top of a previous one not work like
that?

The changelog link has "2007-MM-DD" for the date (exactly like that,
without MM and DD being the actual month and date).
Are you folks forgetting to fill in those values, so we know when the
last release was made?
