Running latest 7.5 nightly. Twice in two days the radio screen has
frozen when the alarm has gone off, necessitating a power cycle of the
radio. Stream continues to play.
Does anyone else have experience of this?

This still happens, although I've now realised that a long push of the

It only one player, my radio. I have not been aware of the firmware
version but have been updating SBS 7.5 every evening fo the last three
days. The problem this morning (inoperable snooze/alarm off screen, no
alarm sound and alarm volume re-set to max) occured with firmware 8035.

I have not been able to replicate the issue yet, does this happen when
you are connected to SN or a local SBS? If local, get a log file an open

Apologies for lapsing on running tests last night.
Morning alarm just went off.
Same issue as always. All buttons and knobs non-reactive. Only way

Depending on your OS, the LOG file will be found in various places.
It's best to look at the top of the LOGGING page in SBS WEB UI, that
shows you the exact location of your log file.
Once you have the log file, please make a BUG in Bugzilla, attache the
log file to that bug. *THEN* post the BU
James,
I checked that file this morning and all entries seemed to be from
yesterday (500 lines displayed). I assume that it's the "non-scanner"
log file (whatever it's actually referred to as) that should have the
info you seek.
Shall check again tonight.
Thanks for the help!

Alarm clock needs a full checkup soon. I need to complete my priority 1
tasks for SB Touch release first then will be addressing alarm issues.
FYI, the screen freeze thing I've seen at least once on my radio as
well.
