This still happens, although I've now realised that a long push of the left arrow will get me back to the main menu. Still, the snooze/turn off alarm screen that pops up when the alarm fires is not usable. And this morning the alarm made no sound. When I looked at the settings for the particular

It only one player, my radio. I have not been aware of the firmware version but have been updating SBS 7.5 every evening fo the last three days. The problem this morning (inoperable snooze/alarm off screen, no alarm sound and alarm volume re-set to max) occured with firmware 8035. MC -- ModelC

Apologies for lapsing on running tests last night. Morning alarm just went off. Same issue as always. All buttons and knobs non-reactive. Only way out for me is to hold "Home" (for a second or 2) and then power off (which had the effect of displaying "alarm stopped" and bringing up my normal c

Depending on your OS, the LOG file will be found in various places. It's best to look at the top of the LOGGING page in SBS WEB UI, that shows you the exact location of your log file. Once you have the log file, please make a BUG in Bugzilla, attache the log file to that bug. *THEN* post the BU
