Confirmed. I rewrote that query to get rid of a long standing TODO item.
Will take care of it. If you don't see this fixed by the weekend, then

In web UI, if I click on a playlist ( Home > Playlists > playlist-name ), the
playlist tracks are displayed, and I can for example remove a track from the
playlist. However, the Playlist name that is being editing is no longer
