And it works , no problems at all .
It also was a release candidate so maybe it includes time hirez .
In general you don't have to build perl code you can instal the missing
parts via yum or CPAN . And LMS tells wich parts it misses .

Please excuse my ignorance but is this simple (i.e. how do I run buildme
- a yum install)? Are there any
yum install perl-Time-HiRes was it ,and possibly perl-CGI .
Now it runs, finds players and scans complete without errors .
Note to self: cp does not preserve timestamps by default :-/ new music
is now a mess
