So in other words, Plugins that have a menu structure that would fit
well somewhere else, like Music Library (Erland's dynamic playlists) or
Internet Radio (PublicRadioFan), etc should (to use RFC parlance) put
their menus in the logical place, and those that don't fit in well into
those groups
