With today's install the library name was properly displayed in the cp
after the install. Perhaps it just needed to be properly entered
through the cp before it could see it. With the previous cp/sc versions
I couldn't guarentee that it had been, certainly.

Wow! What a difference with today's install. The CP came up (before
the install reached the finished screen, which is a bit unexpected).
I could navigate through it and it correctly displayed most of the
information properly. Most installs have a start application check
box on the finish

Install finished without error. The last inch of the install progress
bar went by very quickly (much more quickly than usual).
The SC control panel did not start at the end of the install (that I
could tell).
SC appeared to be running normally after the install. With the
cp froze at that point - I had hit the OK button to save the changes, I
did NOT hit start or anything else in the cp.
The issue here was that the CP tried to cnonnect to SC in order to store
changed prefs. But as SC was not running at this point, it was timing out
a lot.

Hi!
We've recently seen too many complaints about the new control panel for
Windows (_not_ Windows Home Server or OSX) which was introduced with the
SqueezeCenter 7.4 beta. Reports have gone from random crashes (which I've
seen, too) to completely locking up systems. If you've experienced
I only have a serious problem with the control panel immediately after a

to be killed before SC will startup for the first time. Once SC has
