You don't have to take a screenshot, just copy and paste in a forum

BTW that network test doesn't look all that good. 3000 kbps, all
samples are below 10%. You should be able to get 3000 kbps.

I've been having similar problems on-and-off. Sometimes even accessing
the web interface would not improve things.
The latest incident seems to have been resolved (can't be 100% certain
since I've been fiddling with so many things), by ensuring that the MAC
address of the player is set exactly as
Ok. Here is what I have tryed so far.
Followed this guide from the FAQ`s:

No problem. On-access scanning isn't something you can normally turn
off - I don't know Norman very well, but Zone Alarm, Norton and McAfee
on-access scanning systems all remain active, even when the program is
"disabled". It's considered a feature.
Can you try adding the slimserver folder and
Ups.. My mistake. It is actually Norman Antivirus. Not Norton.
But anyway. Turned it off completly and tryed then. Same problem.
Almost no response from the screen on the squeezebox before i start a
song from the webinterface.

It could well be related to Norton Antivirus which (depending on your
version) may well have an "on access" scanning feature. Every time you
access a file, Norton scans it to see if it is suspcious or dangerous or
could harm your computer. Cuing a song up to play in Slimserver may
very well trig

Can you reproduce this? Is it _always_ slow, as long as there's nothing in the
playlist? Could you monitor the machine you're running SC on: is it under heavy
load in that m
I have exactly the same problem with my squeezebox.
Incredebly slow until I put on a song in the webinterace. Then the
display in squeezebox is fast and responsive again.

there, the SB responds quickly to button mashes on the remote.
