Sorry I missed that detail. The "Continue" didn't work for me either so
I just backed out to the main menu. I got the same spinning icon until
I closed SqueezePlay and then ran it again and all was well after that.
I've tested this on three SqueezePlay installations on three different

Thanks. Unfortunately this didn't
So I ran into this while trying to use SqueezePlay 7.5.1 and I think I
know why we are getting this error, at least with SqueezePlay. In
order to access "My Apps" it appears that the player needs to be
registered with your mysqueezebox account at least once. I went into
the "Test" menu, selected
Same message here in Squeezeplay Beta 7.5.1 when clicking on "My Apps."
Slightly inconvenient to play my Slacker stations. Current workaround
is to control playback via the web browser or iPeng. This avoids
having to sign in and out of my local server.

Contact Logitech support. Apparently their phones aren't busy enough
and they need something to do. Otherwise this would have been fixed a
long time ago so that when you entered the credentials for an account
the player would simply be moved to the new account.

Same problem as others, but only on my third receiver which I just
bought from a private party. In other words, MyApps works for my older
two receivers.
The MAC address of the new one (to me) that isn't working is
00:04:20:17:15:bc
Firmware version is 65 (for server, 7.4.1-r28947).

Also having this issue. I'm using SqueezePlay v7.4.1r7907. I have no
players registered in mysb.com, so I can't remove it from there.
The MAC address is:
00:16:cb:8a:a2:3b
Logitech Support won't help since they say there is no support for
'beta' software. If anyone is able to, could this MAC add
I had this problem with my Transporter and I noticed that the MAC
address had changed from that written on the case. (MAC address changes
have been noted previously by others after firmware updates etc.).
Changing the unit's MAC address back to its origional setting solved the

Well mine is working now.
To get it working, I added 'Switch to Mysqueezebox.com' to the home
menu.
I then connected via this, which I'd never done before, and didnt think
i needed to, as I thought the player would connect to MSB.com when it
needed, such as trying to play Napster.

I can't explain what's going on, since I don't work for Logitech.
However, when I had this message (from Squeezeplay, never from SB
Controller or Receiver) I went into mysqueezebox.com and deleted the
offending player, then did all the voodoo already mentioned to register
the player again.

Can somebody explain what's going on here?
I received my SB controller on Saturday, everything works except this
My Apps problem. So I called tech support today, the guy didn't seem to
have much of a clue. But took my MAC address and some other details and
said he'd email. I haven't received an e

Hi,
I have installed Squeezeplay latest 7.4 build on my desktop and
netbook. Neither will connect to mysqueezebox.com, and I cannot access
My Apps, in order to play Napster. THey both give the 'This player is
already registered to another user' message. I have entered my login
details in Test>SN

Contact Tech Support and give them the MAC Address of the player that's
having the problem. Or post the MAC Address here, and we can have a
look.
