You'd be pretty hard pressed to find anything resembling what would be typical release notes from what is an automated nightly build system. Just because there is a new version out doesn't even necessarily mean there were changes made, and most changes made are noted in the individual bug

Don't run 7.6 betas if you can't stand these quirks . Maybe the 7.5.2 safe bugfix beta instead :) the 7.6 is as they say a daily snapshot off the software as it is developed it could brake any day and it's tested by us 7.6 beta users so it can very well just not work one day, or some part could

Don't even bother with the Windows Control Panel thing. It's always a little buggy and doesn't do anything you can't do with less trouble in other ways. If you want to open the web interface (and do so at the correct port) just create a bookmark in your browser. Auto-scanning in 7.6 doesn't
