This has now resolved itself with the latest upgrades to Touch and
Controller.
I can now shut down my server without problems again.
( IHad to disconnect the network cable during the shut-down phase
during the bug)

And now it's back to normal, it unbroke itself again :confused:
So now I can turn of my server again without disconnecting it from the
network ?
Thinking of it's not the first time this happens... weird

No it can simply not be stopped, have to remove the network cable from
the server to turn it off, then I can simply connect it again while the
server is off ?
This suggest some kind of timeout in the latest squeezeplay from Touch
ormController .
So initailly my Touch or Controller frantically
Can somebody help me to fault trace it can take up to 10-20 attempts to
shutdown the server ??

'I think it is the touch .
Either it is so that, you have to wait a certian time after playback is
stopped/paused to shut down the server again.
Or it sends WOL when in pause . I stopped the track and went out of NP
screen
