please note that #27666 http://projects.blender.org/tracker/index.php?func=detailaid=27666 is still not fixed for Windows-32, so maybe it should be removed from the changelog ? I tried to find the cause of the problem on a 32-bit build of Blender but i had no luck. Domino has added a comment
