Ok, then the previous fix didn't make any difference, the option was
already 0 in gpu_draw.c, so this just disabled it again. Fix committed
now which actually enables it.

I wish I would have caught this sooner, but U.use_gpu_mipmap will always be
false in the Blenderplayer. The Blenderplayer doesn't make use of user
preferences and instead grabs settings from the command line or values
saved in Scene data. If you look at line 487 of GPG_ghost.cpp, then you'll

Something must have gone wrong with the update. There are names missing
from contributors that I'm sure committed to the 2.65 series (e.g. Ton).
This is what I see here: http://www.pasteall.org/pic/41628

While on this subject, I noticed a while back that there are a few
"neareast" typos littered throughout the code, where the author
clearly intended "nearest" referencing "nearest neighb
lambda.
That's the name of a greek character: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lambda
Often used by math geeks/at university.

Theres an inconsistency I noticed yesterday maybe someone here knows
whats going on...
We have many functions that get a float value that represents one
points position between 2 others.
./source/blender/blenlib/intern/math_geom.c
dist_squared_to_line_segment_v2() - uses `labda`
closest_to_line
Sorry. I just said that because I've never seen a half-updated download
page before, and the path to the 2.65 already works. The revision is
correct (52859).

Alberto, this thread is not an announce of 2.65 release, it's information
for platform maintainers about which revisions to use for final release
builds. Please be patient and wait for official press-release and download
page update.
I would request AHOY threads be used only for issues directly re

Hi,
I guess it's a pseudonym, I communicated with the user major4z on
blenderartists.org and he told me to use this name, and the image name
on blenderguru is major4z.jpg as well:

Hi all,
I just discovered the new awesome splash screen for 2.65.
The first time I saw this image, it was introduced as an image from
"Alec Heidenburg",
but in splash the name is "Jordan Schur".
I am sending this email only to be sure that there is no mistake about the
author.

Julien

Hi,
We're entering BCon5 stage now, which means trunk is only open for crucial
fixes and release-related commits. All other patches should either wait for
until release is over or be commited to branches.
Branches are totally opened for commits.
