[Bf-committers] addons included in the install folder

Hi, devs. addons included in the install folder which is made when I built Blender becomes outside management of Git. However, only a folder of Cycles exists in addons folder. A file included in release/scripts/addons is not copied. PerfectionCat ___ B

Hi Campbell, my intention was to make it clear for new Blender devs what's going on here: We're decreasing the image user count, not the current one. Therefore I used the "assign the image in the second comment.. I think it's always very different to decide what's helpful for devs that are not
