I am sorry that I didn't get back to you sooner, but I didn't notice your
reply in the list until now INTERLICHTSPIELHAUS. There was an unfortunate
second problem that stopped mail from being digested (burp :). Seems that
not only were all of the original lists configured to only send digests
pressed send too soon, oh well..
The windows libs are done.
One point to note, both the windows and mac platform devs have left the 3.5
libs in
svn (side by side with 3.6) so branches that lag a little behind can still build
without us having to talk them though checking out an older revision

I think default behavior should be to delete objects if their collection is
deleted, but only if they are not included in other collections. Otherwise
we'll end up with huge blend files containing "dead" objects in
bpy.data.objects but not in the actual scene.

blender-2.79 apart from a very nice web page. I use the release notes
for the changes file to submit to openSUSE. In the past I've found
changes that I can copy/paste and edit into the text format needed for
the rpm's changes
