My name is Punya Aachman, and I want to submit a proposal for GSOC 2019. Since this is my first time taking part in GSOC, I have little experience in creating a proposal. For the past month, I have been working on a project but had no in-depth knowledge of how the GSOC program. Now, I am certain that the project I am working on fulfills the requirements and can be submitted to the organization, but I am not in contact of any developer or mentor. May I know if this is the right place to ask for GSOC related issues? If yes, then kindly point me in the right direction so that I can get my proposal verified (or at least get in contact with a mentor). If I am too late for any kind of communication, then please let me know if it is necessary for me to have a mentor before submitting the proposal.
