Sergey and I came up with the idea to drop vc2010 soon from our code and
libs.
We have full vc2008 support and thanks to Jürgen also full vc2012
support now.
vc2012 is better than vc2010 as it also supports x64 in the Express
Edition, so it will make building much more attractive
I fully agree, but... (There is always a but...)
I have not yet accomplished scons support for MSVC 2012 :(
I still need help with that, because I don't understand how to tell scons to
use vs2012 and a different libs directory.
I am still working on debug lib assignment with CMake.

For my knowledge msvc2010 also isn't actually supported by scons and some
issues with debug libs also present.
So don't think issues listed above are really so much issues :)

I'm for it.
Also, I was helping JosiahJ and it turned out that microsoft removed VS
2008 express links from their website. Maybe, it is time to move to 2012
(for guides).
