This patch adds the two keys that don't work in my abnt2 keyboard
(with 107 keys). For now only for win32.

Also can you check how the Console editor deals with " and ' ? I don't have
a abnt2 keyboard here but I'm often with BR layout on. If I try to write ' +
a in the console I get ' and á (2 entries, while the second one has the
accented key).

ç, ", ', ? and all other keys are working in Blender 2.5 (Tested in
Console and Text Editor).
I have same problems with accents, got two entries when typing accent
after a letter (eg: ´á).
