Maybe I can, but I seriously don't have a clue as to how. I.e. I don't really
understand the connection between authenticating with the proxy and accessing
the sea

Since I work for a large research university, I have access to many databases
(Web of Science, JSTOR, ProQuest, etc). However they are all accessed through
our library's web site, and most then run through a proxy server authenticated
via our campus Shibboleth system.
It would be nice to access
