I am not sure I understand correctly what you mean but as far as I can tell, you have 2 books in trigbook with the same citekey. Open either one of dongen2010 and press CMD-K. Or, use the menu at the top of your screen and go "Publication" - "Create Cite Key". This will assign a new cite key to the publication and resolve the duplication. From what we have seen so far in your screenshot, I don't think your bib-file is corrupt.
