I'm trying to get hold of a speed-gun to collect information on bike path speeds. I contacted the City but so far no luck. Anyone have, or have a lead on, a speed gun that could be used to collect data on bicycle speeds on Madison's bike paths?  If I am successful I will definitely share the dat
