Yes. Use "rndc reconfig" instead of "rndc reload".

Hello,
in Bind 9.10.x we need, often, to reload configuration due to dynamical IP
changes.
We need to update the "match-clients" zone section.
Under heavy load, Bind9 stop responding to queries for some seconds and
generate a lots of queue in the request.
