Hi Andrzej, Could you let us know when you make the change which BiocStyle version implemented the change? That way we can update our description files. In the meantime, I switched my vignettes to use BiocStyle::html_document2 although I need to use figure captions and references to take advantag

These are now fixed. The problem started when I downsized the EC2 instance the download stats run on from t2.medium to t2.small. The machine was I/O bound and the scripts did not have enough time to complete before the next one started. The 't' family of instances run on shared hardware and it'
