run as administrator,
otherwise user won’t be able to change the pwd from partition C to another
partition (It will remain in
the previous directory on partition C). This is why I had to run it as
administrator.

I can see the landing pages for both packages now (pcxn and pcxnData) but
as I try to install them using:
source("https://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R";)
biocLite("pcxnData")
I get the following:
