There was a problem accessing Tcl/Tk files during the canceR build on Dec
9th/10th which (I believe) caused the package to timeout and send you the
warning email.

preparing them for submission to BioC's workflow
The Single Package Builder will be undergoing some updating and testing over
the next few days. While it will still be active and generating reports, there
may be intermittent periods of inactivity. We hope this will be to a minimum
and will notify when testing is complete.
