I don't know how to identify the Latex used on the build system, but I see
the same problem with GRridge on my system that uses Latex installed via
the tinytex package.
I think the issue is the use of \describe{} in

If this Windows build error is not solved, will cfTools still be included
in the 3.17 release version?

Hi all, one of my packages is passing successfully all install, build, &
check on the Ubuntu host, but the vignette building on the Windows server

My package renders a latex error when compiled by the BioC compilers. I can�t,
however, reproduce that error when checking locally
in Rstudio. How can I make sure the same latex settings are used as the BioC
compilers do?
